Each bracelet is mixed with Howlite. Howlite is an extremely gentle calming stone which will soothe emotions, help with anxiety, and help ease stress.

**SIZING AND MATERIAL** IMPORTANT:
- I will only be carrying two sizes, 6.2inch (smaller wrist) and 7inch (average wrist) -
- Do your best to measure your wrist correctly
- Beads are 8mm in size
- Stretching wire on each bracelet is clear!
- All crystal beads in this listing are matte finish
